We advise our clients, represent them before the Patent and Trademark
offices, enforce their IP rights and defend them against challenges of third parties.
Designs
- Advice and assistance regarding the protection strategy in industrial design matters
- Preparation of representations (drawings or photographs) for the application of design rights
- Filing design applications and prosecution of administrative proceedings before the German Patent and Trademark Office,
the World International Property Office (WIPO) in Geneva, the Office for the Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM)
as well as worldwide throughout our network of selected foreign colleagues
- Assistance in enforcing design rights and in litigation proceedings before the courts
(if necessary in co-operation with specialized attorneys for litigation)
